In my lessons you practice mental strategies to improve balance and movement. My priority is to help you learn it quickly by making lessons practical and related to your lifestyle.

I teach with gentle hands-on contact which gives me feedback and enables me to fine-tune my guidance and advice. A basic course is 20-25 lessons over 16 to 20 weeks, but you may decide upon fewer.

I also offer group teaching as back-up for private lessons and for introductions to the method. In June 2007 I am offering an introduction / revision course of mixed group and individual sessions in idyllic rural Southwest France. Click HERE for details.
